 devendra   w=v/r where w= 2*pi*f = angular velocity ( pi=3.14) here v=66 km/hr= (66*1000*100)/60 cm/min =110000 cm/min r=140/2 =70 cm now f=rotation per minute = 110000/(70*2*3.14)=250 approx. 6 years ago
