puneet singh   CP = Rs 60
profit = 37.5%
SP = 60*1.375 = Rs 82.5

Qnty sold @ Rs 75 per litre = 82.5/75 = 1.1 ltr.

so 10% water is to be added to make 1.1 ltr from 1 ltr of spirit.

rishabh   cp of spirit is 60 . sp of mixture is 75...we have to first find the cp of mixture..which can be calculated by 75*100/137.5=54.54
now use the allegation rule
cp of spirit cp of water
60 0

54.54(cp of mixture)

(54.54 - 0) (60-54.54)
54.54 / 5.46
= 10:1 ans
