Line A or Line 3 will be canceled.
C will also be delayed as A is delayed.
Hence 5 lines will be affected.

Q2. Its raining in afternoon and temperature is above 90°
Due to rain A, 2 and 3 will be delayed
C or 3 will be canceled due to temperature
If 3 is canceled B will be delayed
So to minimize the effect C will be canceled.
Number of affected lines =4 (A, C, 2, 3)

Q3
Case A: A, 2 and 3 will be delayed. C is also delayed as A is delayed. (Total 4 lines will be affected)
Case: B is delayed.  A, 2 and 3 will be delayed. C is also delayed as A is delayed. ( Total 5 line will be affected)
Case C: A, 2 and 3 will be delayed. C will also be delayed because A is delayed. (Total 4 lines will be affected) 
Case D:  A, 2 and 3 will be delayed. C will also be delayed because A is delayed.
