I gave few algorithms to solve just to convince myself that they were only one who built this search engine and was not copied from other sources.

1)Topic:- Google Vs Facebook
This topic is have to be discussed by the CEO of Facebook and CEO of Google... but due to unavailability of Mark Zukerburg, GD could not be completed.
2)Why Google could not be found on Ranjikanth search engine??
Description:- I said that "Raqjnikanth search engines can search only worth of its value"

Suddenly got a call from "Larry page".
I was busy in partying with my friends,so told him to call me after 2 hrs.
Again the rang de basanti ring tone rang,i picked the phone and to my surprised Larry was there as my obedient interviewer.
But what can you say about the bad luck of Larry page,my basket ball match was within five min, so told him to call after 1 hr and i am extremely unpleasant that you are not aware of my daily routine but i will mail you today and accordingly you can fixed the time.
As to my expectation i got a call next day at 2 A.M, i heard a very bad hindi accent ki "bhaiya kitna loge please bada toh apka jyada time kharch nahi karna chahte hain humlog sir".
I said whatever Google earns.

Q1). How Google can take over Rajnikanth search engine?
My Suggestion:- Concentrate on other achievable targets.i.e Baidu, Facebook etc etc

Q2). How Google can improve its search engine by rank 1lakh to under 1000?
My suggestion:- Do not take tension, i think it just requires a little bit of technical expertise improvisation.

GPA and Resume shortlisting...I shorlisted Google from others thousand Companies.

Guys just focus on the right company.There are lot of companies out in the market to allure you and exploit you.
