Details of types of questions asked in each of the sections:
sec1) matrix manipulation(no -ve marking.
sec2) number series(1/4 -ve marking).
sec3) quantitative(1/4 -ve marking).
sec1) was a bit lengthy.try to read any one martix properly and answer
all qsn of that matrix.dont try to ans all matrix.it takes time.
but if u ans 2 matrix qsn(2*5=10qsns) correctly,it is more then
enough.
sec2) very easy number series qsn.solve RS agarwal number series qsn
(chp. odd man out and number series from RS agarwal).
sec3) quantitative qsns time and distance,time and work,%,avg,boat
stream,profit and loss.

Details of the process and your contribution:
in written test they selected 51 out of 70.
after written test is cleared they divided the people into groups
(13ppl*4group=52) and send them to gd.after giving the topic hr went
out of the
room so as to give time for us to think about the topic.he gave five
min. gd went for about 10min.after gd every one had to conclude the
gd.for that they gave chance to everyone.after gd they selected 41 out
of 51.
so just speak imp points that counts a lot.dont try to speak so much.

Technical Interview

they asked only basics of c,c++,java,data structure(link
list,stack,queue,tree),project,internshi p,os,dbms ,sql etc
diff between c++ and java,c++ features,why java is suitable for
internet application,why java is better then c++,how to avoid multiple
inheritance,memory functions like
malloc,calloc,alloc,faralloc,realloc,wri te acode which shows all
features of c++,some dbms qsn etc
all qsns were basics only.

HR Interview

hr round was just a formality.if u r in hr means u r selected.one
important thing is that keep some club certificates like lnd club.they
ill ask.

Suggestion

firstly for aptitude wat i say is r.s.agarwal is more than enough for
getting through try to solve as many problems as u can
and do perfectly.... coming to hr for computers people its better they
go a bit deeper into their subjects... but for others is
better to have an overveiw and basics of programming languages and
perfect in their subjects...wat ever u ans ans
perfectly, confidently.
one imp thing is that all aptitute qsns were from previous years
papers of ibm which r given in different sites.even there were some
qsn which were given in internship aptitute test last year.
so go through all the ibm qsns from net.
finaly all the very BEST...

i had great experaince wit ibm.... firstly i thank all the people who
selected me.....power point was at 10 in the morning and
results were anounced at night 8.. so the total 10hrs went very
tensed...but then i had a great time with ibm...al the process
went very perfectly....panel board members are very free they made the
interview environment very free by which i could
able to put my talent before them.
