Details of types of questions asked in each of the sections:

questions.
Name of the Topic / Task : Education is mandatory for all politicians
Time Given : 15 Minutes
Details of the process and your contribution:
First we were asked to briefly introduce ourselves before we start the main discussion. Each candidate is given 2-3
mins to put out some points on the topic, after which 10 mins was given for an open debate. And then, we were
allowed to briefly conclude on the topic - whether we support the topic or not and why.
In the technical interview, the questions that were covered were mainly on basic knowledge of the subjects relevant
to our study. Besides these questions I was also asked to write a few basic programs and some SQL commands.
In the HR interview, I was asked mostly basic HR questions which were not at all difficult. The interviewer just
concentrated upon how easy you communicate and more importantly, how confident you are in proving your views.
Prepare well for the written as, I think it is the most important stage, which could matter for the rest of the
recruitment process. In GD, put out some important points which you think need mentioning, and if possible with
some real-life example. Again, for the technical interview, you need preparation about the basic concepts of the
relevant subjects. And for the HR interview, just be yourself and remember to be very clear in putting your points
forward.

Overall, I find the whole process quite basic. Although it was nerve-wrenching, in the end what matters is whether
you've given the best that you can, with all that you have with you.
