technical aspect : type of machine used in metal mining,working hour related to metal mining (underground and open cast),rules and regulations related to mining,different methods of working etc

HR aspect: about family,about hobby,about politics (your vision about it)etc

just try with your full effort......surely one day will be yours!!!!!!!!
