Aptitude Test : 47 Minutes..
It was an online test with a certain amount of time allocated to each section. The sections that were in the test were
reasoning, complete the series, quantitative, reading comprehension, sentence correction, grammar. All the questions were
very easy to answer and there was no technical questions, each section tested basic knowledge in maths and english.

They asked questions based on whatever programming languages or technical knowledge we claim to have. And very brief
questions about course subjects.

They asked about school related academic and extra-curricular activities, ambition and why we wanted to work for syntel.

Keep a cool mind and be confident in your interview.

It was a stress free and very smooth process for the selection for this company. So it was an easy job placement experience.
