Time spent in the room exceeded 20 minutes.
Interview was casual.
First most question was about me & then they sought elaborated details about each of my achievements ( like achievements @ ISM, in singing, summer projects etc.)
Interviewers were concerned about two things, whether we would not leave the company as soon as we get better opportunity & whether the package offered was too less.
They enquired about my career objective.
The most unexpected & thrilling part of my interview was when they asked if I culd sing a song for them to prove my ability. I gladly sang & the atmosphere became highly informal.
I knew I culd nt be rejected thereafter. :)

To my juniors, I would like to suggest that even if many of the events in this year's placement season highlight that GPA doesnt matter, all matters is the day, they need to work hard ( a minimum GPA arnd 7.5 is must to make good first impression ) & be aware of the current scenario. Like being environmental specific, rules & regulations keep on changing every year. One needs tokeep up with them & present as many stats as one can at the time of interview to show one's agility. Confidence is must, people generally give no importance to rehearsal but these may be of sure help.
CV must be fully justified, that is, one shuld nt contradict what is written in one's CV at any point.
If you dont know anything, say "no idea" without any hesitation. Presenting "kokas" will only add to your troubles of you are not confident enough.

Company just made selection through the interview process. 5 ppl in my branch applied & 4 were selected.
Amongst other branches, only mineral engineer were allowed to appear, 2 appeared & both got selected.
I mentioned it all above + my confidence + my idea that i wuld prefer working in private sector than in a PSU as it offers more challenges + Good GPA (7.70)
