Pattern of Written Test

First the aptitude test was coducted, then selected candidates from aptitude test was called for HR interview.

GPA criteria

There was an eligibilty criteria for cognizant company which was 60% in 10, 12, UG and PG. But 5 % grace is allowed in any one of the qualification but not current qualification.

HR Interview

There was only one interview . They generally ask about our qualification , our interesting subjects , knowledge of that subjects, also about C laguage. But main aim of the interviewer was to check your positive attitude, communication skill , proficiency in english. That's all. I was interviewed for 30 minutes

Suggestion

Positive attitude, proficiency (intermediate) in english and communication skill. So work in above area. You will definitely get success.
