Aptitude Test : 60 Minutes
Quantitative : 15 Minutes
Reasoning / Analytical : 20 Minutes

Details of types of questions asked in each of the sections:
Standard apti paper. Was very easy. I think they took every one who cleared a certain cut-off as opposed to top few in the
test. There was no technical section.

Pattern of Group Discussion

Name of the Topic / Task : How a company can truly establish itself globaly
Time Given : 20 Minutes
Details of the process and your contribution:
No interruption on part of the moderator. I started off the discussion and gave my initial views. Then asked others to
contribute. Mainly only 4 or 5 guys spoke exclusively well. Others were given a chance to express themselves but didn't
make much of an impact. Also wrapped up the discussion. Finally about 5 guys from our group were shortlisted for the
interviews.

Technical Interview

Was asked about subjects studies in previous semester. When i mentioned "Operations Research" he asked about Queueing
Theory. Did not answer. Asked me to write any syntax in C++. Wrote a simple cout statement. Then asked about
flowcharting. What shape is starter box and option box. Told him that not learnt it exclusively-only a precursor for C++.
Then asked about Foundry as interviewer was mechanical engineer. Asked about Fibonacci series. Was asked to write
fibonacci series starting from 0. Did correctly.

HR Interview

Asked where i am from. Where from in kerala? Pleasant interviewer. Then about what i want to do five years from now.
Was a very brief discussion.

Suggestion

Relax and converse well. Do not feel threatened in the Group discussion. Ease your way in. Ample amount of time to start
off slow and then get involved. Tech interview and HR are very easy. If you've done extremely well in your GD, Tech
might be looked aside. At least i understood this from my performance in the Tech interview.

No. of Candidate applied And Points that Worked in Favour

Pretty fast selection. One after the other they finished off the ppt, then the aptitude test and group discussion. Both rounds
of interviews also done reasonable fast. Whole selection was over in one evening itself. Picked people more who were
fluent in interaction (HR skills). Also took CSE students. Didn't get to change into formals after ppt because of immediate
aptitude test.
