I was the initiator of the group discussion. I contributed two important points towards the development of society thro'
political parties and suggested educated persons are necessary and minimum qualification is required for maintaining the
moral values in the politcs. The way we express things in good English is very much important. Later I entered into the
discussion two times and raised some examples of great people like Jaya Prakash Narayanan. Out of 12, five members
were shortlisted .

1. tell me about yourself? 2. What is ur interesting subject? I said Microprocessor. Nobody dares to choose that subject.
But that only helped me. 3. He asked how to add two numbers? and some easy questions were only asked.

For ACCENTURE, HR interview is very important. My first question was that if you are not selected for any software
companies what will you do? I explained all the qualifications I have and expressed my interest to get into the software
field. so he understood my positive attitude to be selected in any of the IT companies. My second question was what is
your dream? Later he asked who is your rolemodel and why? I said it is my father and then explained why it is so. I
worked as an executive member of IEI in the dept. So I explained that. He liked it. He asked tell me about NIT Warangal. I
told very great about this environment. He said "perfect". I wished him "Thankyou" and came

The standard of ACCENTURE written test may look somewhat easy but it needs considerable pracitce. We must be able to
express things in a good english during the group discussions and interviews.

On that day the best HR from ACCENTURE visited the campus. It may be very rare to see such people on one stage I
suppose. It was great feeling during PPT and during the group discussion and the interviews.
