Incident filling form(10/12 subjective questions to decide ur overall persobality)

Basically no HR questions..as they have judged the guy from the incident form to some extent.They were tryng to judge the candidate through Technical questions,lyk whts ur Btech project,how do u handle the Time mangmnt,how is it diffrenet frm summer project etc.

Never think dat if u didnt get selected in past 5/6 cumpanies then u'll nt b selected again,or if ur branch toppers are sitting in a high profyl cumpany the dere r no chances 4 u etc etc.....u need to show ur 100% confidence and make them believe than u'll leave no stone unturned in discharging ur duties.those guys are not looking 4 toppers,they just want a guy from whom they can tak out some work,its not at all about toppers(unless its a PSU).
leave the rest to god and blessings of ur near and dear ones.
in short BE 100%urself,dont try to fool the interviewer,never.

around 75 students sat for written,around 52/53 got selected for above 3 round(there was no further screning) and 19 got slected finally.
in my branch i was within top 10 who sat for aricent.

My training summer DRDO,BANGALORE(to which entry is not easy,although i didnt do much at my training but its equally important for a CSE/ELEX guy from institute like ISM(where there isnt much xposure) get aqquainted with the culture of Silicon valley of india ).

Ma group behaviour(candidates wre rejected just because they had nt shown group skills in GD)

ma Extra curricluar activitiy(BASANT 2k9) which helped me t give a lot of real khokebaji in incident filling form.
