Pattern of Written Test

The normal questions.... Not so tough and still not so easy.. The questions did not look different to me in any case. i feel
they are very similar to questions that will be asked in all written tests.

Technical Interview

Three rounds of Technical Interviews ( No eliminations ). More concentration on C, DS. 45-60 minutes of interview at
each round. In each round, 1 puzzle is compulsory question. They see for WORKING CODE apart from the logic. Time
constraints are more important. They even asked about my answers in the written test. In my last round, the question was :
Implement a STACK...

HR Interview

One panel member was Technical recruiter ( HR ) . He is supposed to take an HR interview for the candidates. He asked
about the PPT of Adobe... But when I said I missed, he took all the 40 minutes to show me the ppt in his laptop and
explained through every slide. He explained me about the payroll, the products of the company, the work culture,
accomodation details, company growth etc.. etc.. Shortly and frankly, I had no HR Interview.

Suggestion

Stick to basics. Be strong at C, C++, DS basics. No questions at all from anything else. Know about various Adobe
products. Be confident. Talk to them with free and cool mind. Always learn about the company before you face the
interview, which always helps in interviews.

No. of Candidate applied And Points that Worked in Favour

Happy with the overall happenings. The panel members were young, energetic, friendly and very very cool ( except the
one from IIT Bombay). I sounded confident ( even though tired due to journey). In my last interview ( with the head
person of the panel ), after all his questions, i started discussing with him for almost 30 minutes. The discussion started
with my interest in gaming, then about the products from Adobe that were missing from the ppt slide, then about the
programming language ( C and why not Java? which is cross-platform ). Then we discussed about the kind of C API's
used at Adobe. And it was done.
