Lots of questions on my project @ CGCRI, kolkata as it was a on-going research project for IOCL on Zero-Cement Castables, basic refractories and why go for advanced refractories and where...common ceramic fundamentals, etc.
Describe yourself, your name, why this company, they said I was on the right track to be a MBA and they lose many guys like me to that stream or higher studies in their compnay in a few yrs, if not months....so why did I sit for their firm... why didnt I choose my father's profession of civil engineering... What department in a firm would I prefer.... etc
Try to be as calm as possible and not apprehensive. Try to be confident and NEVER say anything that you aren't a bit confident about, that could be your Achilles Heel.
Overall, keep a smiling face and work your way through your strengths and try to tilt the interview towards the areas you are confident with.
