getting into hr round was tough but after that its like child play. the analytical nd reasoning paper was really very tough and above the level of gplasset papers.but guys,online tests by gplassets helped a lot in time management and analysis of your weakness and strengths in the paper.

hr: u r very consistent in studies yet u have so many hobbies. do u get time?
i: i elaborated briefly abt each hobby.(dont mention fake hobbies)
hr:when did u learnt playing keyboard? how good u r in it?
i:told. explained my school awards and achievements in keyboard playing.
hr:tell abt ur projects .
i:told briefy all the projects done.
hr:pointed out one project of oracle dat i dont explained much.abt its benifits etc.

i:explained.(it was the cultural fest of 09.i was coordinator cum treasurer)
some more questions were dere regarding projects and leadership experiences.
he made me feel so comfortable that i expressed myself freely.

only 160 clear for interview round and finlly 139 got selected.
my name was called first to b selected.

guys. please make ur resume your own means it should reflect you not anybody else. dont include fake listings ust to impress the hr as it may turn around because thr hr will b highly educated and professional in dealing such issues. b thorough wid ur project. even if u had not done it atleast have the knowledge how and what was done.
hobbies r going to b questioned so prepare yourself and have faith in yourself. take gpl online tests.it helps....
