They initially asked everyone present to introduce themselves in an innovative way for a minute. We were asked to write about the case study in 45 minutes after that which was followed by the group discussion. As far as the group discussion is concerned use the usual tactics of trying to be the first one to start the conversation. Also, involving everyone present in the group by discussing the issue with each and every one of them and speaking sensibly to the point really helps. Make sure you do not fight over the issue and keep your communication skills high for a better chances of interview shortlist.

Question related to trainings and projects/interns were only asked.

It was general stuff pertaining to your interests and achievements. You had to show them why you were suitable for the job and this profile by enlisting teamwork and leadership exhibited by you in something you had done before.
Be confident in general and clear about your goals to them.

I suggest people to work on their communication and managerial skills to have a good shot in this company. Better be a part of certain clubs of our college or at least participate in their events to boost your skills. And try to maintain an 8 cgpa.

It was a really good experience and the job profile offered is very good. The people are very friendly so there is nothing to worry about.
