Part 1:
Case Study on Social Media Mix.
It was an essay on replacing negligent lecturers with a software portal. All the applicants had 45 min to think and write points which were to be considered later in GD and Interview. No discussion among the applicants was allowed.
Part 2:: GD
Applicants were divided into three groups consisting ten people each. Each group had different panel members conducting the process. The same panel took the interviews later. GD started with each person asked to give a brief introduction of the points he has written. 1 min was given for the introduction. The GD then lasted for 40 min and a single person was asked to conclude.

There was only one HR interview. Though some technical stuff was also asked.
I was asked the course contents of Bio Informatics and few questions on Database searching.

PERSONAL INTERVIEW (HR)
My interview was longest (45 minutes with average being 30 min). Typical HR questions were NOT asked. Questions about training experience and scope of bioinformatics along with MBA plans were easy to answer. But i got stumped in 2 to 3 stress questions.

Do not confuse the panel at any point of time. Be clear of future plans (which has to be working in the company for 5 to 7 years).
Avoid Cliches.
Do ask the panel to clear any doubts which may arise during the process. They are here to help you.

3 people were selected from my group for the interviews.
In total 12 people were selected.
A good case study followed by excellent group discussions. Overall average interview experience. They were testing confidence and fluency of language.
