Questions mostly focused on power plant engineering and thermodynamics. Thermal machines were also given preference. For aptitude test, small mathematical questions to check sharpness of mind were asked. Overall, you can score about 60% in the aptitude test.

Detailed questions on power plant engineering were asked. Principles of fans, compressors, turbines, etc were also touched.

Be clear with the basics. Try to know each and everything about your favourite subject. Take the interview where you want it to go, rather than according to the interviewer's wish. Make your interview as long as possible by sounding interesting in your answers. Best of luck..
