There wasnt any written test for me .. as my 10th, 12th and B.Tech aggregates were over 75%.
Details of the process and your contribution:
Primarily, there was an aptitude test through which people were shortlisted to attend 2 rounds of interviews

It was mostly HR.... more of a stress interview.
No questions in programming were asked.
Asked to explain about the project that I have done n a couple questions were asked regarding it.
lasted for about 45 minutes.

General HR interview... all d basic HR qsns like tell me about urself, strengths, weaknesses, extracurricular activities etc.
More emphasis was on why I would like change my stream from Biotech to IT and what I have done or rather learnt in the past years in IT to convince him that I m genuinely interested in IT
and was ricocheted with many more questions for every explanation I have given.
Lasted for about 20 minutes.

Be Confident and present yourself elegantly. That did it for me.
Go prepared with atleast one programming language of your choice.
Be honest, never talk on something that you dont know and be precise with your answers.
n its very easy to crack if you get some basics covered.

Both the interviews went really well and was able to get through easily. Having said that, I feel I was lucky enough to not be asked anything from programming as my software skills were inept.
