It was one the most pleasurable moments of my life in Nit, interview wasnt like the face off but it was like a normal discussion among two friends, questions were on materials,fluid mechhanics,ic engines,sfd bmd,etc etcbut all the questions were primitive,dun worry i couldnt answer all the questions,its more about how you present yourself and more about your enthusiasm about working in their organisation,make the panel at ease and try &assure them that you gonna work your heart out in their conpany ..I was lucky that my dumb brain was working at rapid pace during the interview,u need to be lucky as well,,,, |

all the questions were common ,hr interview was only for paper sake, i knew i was through after the technical interview ...tell me about yourself?,why tata technologies? Are you willing to relocate? career objective? tell me about your family? It lasted for about 20 min... |

it wont be easy to get through the only option you people have is to study hard and develop your intellect from next year selection process will become further stringent coz there are lot many people in your batch...Having a high pointer doesnt necessarily fetch you a job,presence of mind & converting your negative points into positive points is the key to success in hr, never boost about yourself,never be arrogant with the panel, have a smiling face,make the panel feel nice about you,donot show your attitude please!!!!! Be brave enough to admit your lower technical abilities if you arent in a position to answer technical questions.....ALL THE BEST |

all through the selection process, i was feeling very high & always wanted to fetch this job,,,cgpa doesnt play a role, I Am very lucky during the selection process coz my friends helped me in preparing for the interview and helping me through out the selection.. |
