Quantitave and general aptitude were similar as those for other companies. Reasoning aptitude is an extra section here. It requires little practise. Questions were like those in that of Bank P.O. exams. Technical questions were from basic Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil and Materials Engineering. So its better if 1st year subjects are reviewed once.

It was a group assessment round where we were given 25 clues and 1 question. Those clues were distributed among 5 of us. So we need to exchange our clues and discuss to finally arrive at the appropriate solution in time. It would be a simple analytical problem.
Technical and HR interviews were held together by the panel. The panel consisted of 2 members(1 HR). They went keenly through the application filled by us and asked each and every thing. I have explained all my projects and trainings. Interviewer asked me to convince them that I want to take the job and not higher education. I spontaneously replied that am interested in having a career and progress in it. They asked about weaknesses, strengths and values that guided me through out my life.
Be frank to the panel in such a way that it shows your individuality. MNC's will reward it. Once go through first year concepts in electrical, mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, Engineering mechanics, workshop. This would help to clear tech. apti. Prepare well, be cool and enjoy final year.

The panel was cool and the interview was like a talk. They offered me cookies and coffee. Its our minimum courtesy to accept them.(even if u dont take coffee generally).
