GPA criteria is above 6. At first all have to submit an online form which contain many questions related to Your achievement and learning from your past life and your future aim.

Based on this form they had shortlisted 19 students out of 65 students applied.

After that on written round they shortlisted 11 student out of 19 student.

And finally they selected 2 student. I am the lucky one who got selected.

CpjJwWHV   Hi Priyanka , For this Post, Airtel doesn't recruit off-campus. This program is started one year ago and they recruited from 7 tier-1 colleges only approx 12 student. Generally for off-campus , They Prefer Employee referral program but that one for Experienced employee only. If any Fresher Job will be there then i will let u
know. BTW u can also check in Airtel careers(Google).
