The technical interview Revolved around 4 main topics :

1. C programming
The interviewer asked me to write around 4-5 programs all of them revolved around array manipulation (Dynamic memory allocation, insertion, deletion, sorting, and some more array manipulations)

Some related questions like
-> Difference between calloc and malloc?
-> Why is malloc prefered over calloc? ( This one has a really interesting and conceptual answer )
-> and some more that I cannot remember !


2. SQL queries

The Interviewer drew two tables and asked me around 7-8 queries to work on these two tables.
Though I don't remember the exact question the questions were on
basic select statements, where clause, group by clause, having clause [ difference b/w these two ], Joins and ' co-related sub-queries'

3. UNIX commands

Don't worry if you don't know these ... I dint knew either. Pick up a good website or book
and one days study would be enough !


4. Projects

A casual discussion on my projects, was asked to write a few classes/code snippets/stored procedures used in my projects



The Interviewer[Director @ amdocs] was very friendly. So no need to worry... prepare these four topics well and you would be through !!

Just a casual Discussion about family background, Location preferences, strengths weaknesses, why amdocs etc.

Prepare your C + SQL + UNIX + Project works well and you would be through !!
