Written test including Aptitude, English, and Maths followed by HR Interview.
Total applicant around 150-170 and 39 got selected.

It was only HR interview for the selected candidates. Questions were asked on points mentioned in Resume and related with summer training. Time of interview was around 15-20 minutes.

One should be in touch with Reasoning and aptitude questions and should continuously reading General English because all software companies ask these only in written.

In interview communication skill and confidence matters because they know that you are not a programming wizard, they need just enthusiastic and ready to learn type of people so that they can train them easily.

I think it was past achievements and somewhat luck.
