there were 10 applicants from NITH and 1 from some other college.
i don't know about the guy from other college, but from my college (NITH) 2 students got selected.i was the topper among the applicants

only interested top 10 students were allowed to appear.
questions were asked from industrail training,area of interest ( in my case it was RCC). some HR related question like about my previous interviews, about higher studies.

since i did training on bridge , 1)i was asked what type of bridge it was.?
2)i was asked to draw its elevation
3)stress block diagram for concrete
4)formula for moment of resistance
5)SFD and BMD
6)Relation b/w modulus of rigidity,bulk modulus,and modulus of elasticity
7)Did u appear for any other company
8)how was ur experience(about interview)
9)Are u interested in higher studies

-try to be genuine,
-dont try to give inappropriate answer if u dont know the answer
-try to focus more on your strenghts,
-donot touch upon the area u are not confident or sure of ,
-if u are asked to describe your self try to incorporate some kind of aim or vision to ur personality & how will help you and organization
