There were 15 applicants.......6 got selected
My rank ws 8th among the applicants and 2nd among the 'chosen ones' :P
Selection process was simple, 1st written test and then interview (mainly HR)

Written test ws fully technical questions from all aspects of civil engg. mainly concrete, general questions from concrete testing,structures, soil.....

Marks criteria was above 6 CGPA with no backlogs.

Interview was mainly HR.......i spent almost 15 min in the room. They were mainly testing the endurance power by firing personal questions at me and all the others. They were very rude at that tym :P ............It ws more lyk a roadies interview....even the interviewer told me to do 50 pushups, really :P..........

I wud say......study so that u can clear the written.....n always hav (almost) full knowledge of any subject (ur area of interest).......be confident....make prorper eye contact....smile......be at ease......

keep 1 thing in mind.....they need u.....u jst hav 2 present urself........good luck n GOD bless...

Well, i wud lyk to say........my confidence n endurance paid off.....and a bit luck may be :P ................I ws steady the whole time.......more like 'hit me hard.....but i m gonna bounce back'.......:P
