written test was cat type(cat preparation helps)...for GD our group was given a sheet which contained the information about a pharma company and we had to work as a team and find out why its sales fell after 2000s...in the interview i was initially asked "Tell us something about yourself?","Why deloitte","Why not MBA or MS"...MY 3 strengths and weaknesses.They asked in depth about my various projects, most valued achievement in life.

A sound knowledge about the company helps a lot....the resume should also be at the fingertips..initials questions like about yourself and why this company should be ready....and definitely dress decent :)
