Dont's:
1: Try to hijack the GD.Let everyone speak.
2: be nervous
3:show your disinterest to the job.
4:Give answers you are not confident of.
Do:
1:Project work especially on java/j2ee.
2:Prepare well for the technology you worked on.

Around 1100 applied of which 95 selected.Thankfully I got selected in the very first company to come for campus.
Good project work,confidence,communication skills and past interview experience worked in my favour.
