among 19 eligible students from our college finally 3 were selected

i was 6 among the eligible candidates..

tech ques were frm industrial traning, thermodynamics,material science, etc..

interview was HR as well as technical
around 60% of interview was HR
HR ques were basically were frm various field, varying frm family background to sprituality, ques were also about my personel intrests

1st list of shortlisted candidate was sent
criteria was throuout 60% marks since class 12th & age should be less than 24yrs
after that frm g d candidates were shortlisted 4 interview
topic of gd was- are profit making companies neglecting the ethics.....

for the company lyk B.P.C.L. most important thing u need is a good comunication skill, & a clear understanding of ur fav. subjects.....
