company conducted a written test followed by an interview.
number of students applied from our college was 130 and only 32 finally got selected.

interview taken was completely a very casual one.it was completely hr based.
hardly 5 minutes were spent on each student. i was asked about my interests, aims in life, a brief introduction of mine ,my family background etc.nothing technical was asked.though its true u cant predict dese interviews.

shortlisting was done after written and then finally after the interview. written consisted of questions of aptitude, critical reasoning nd general english and interviw was HR based though its unpredictable depending upon person.

Be confident and believe in yourself during interview. dont panick and dont disclose ur weak points. be yourself and u will be successful.
practice well before the written.

a good practice of que of aptitude and reasoning and a proper time management worked. rest u cant ignore communication skills .they are real requirement of any interview. alongwith it confidence is a must here.
