Finally they asked me "Are you willing to relocate?" I answered "Yes"
Then Mam asked my location preference to which I replied Pune
She said that she will provide me Chennai or Mumbai. Then I smiled and replied am ready to accept any one location.
This is just to check your confidence level.
Finally she asked the meaning of my name. I said and then she said Thank You
Then I asked her a question to show my interest in the job to which she answered patiently and bid me goodbye.
I thanked them and bid goodbye as well.

There are 2 HRs- 1 Sir and 1 Madam in each panel and they are quite friendly. Even if you are tensed you won't be able to feel the tension once you are inside the interview room because of their friendly gesture.

Good Communication Skills & a good in-depth knowledge in your Project work are most important in Syntel.
Also Luck plays its own role in your selection. I think for being selected in any company your Luck must be at its peak on that particular day.
According to my opinion Luck is the prime deciding factor. Actually its 80% Luck and 10% Hard work and 10% intellect.

Around 250 applied from my college. Only 26 cleared the online test and finally 7 are selected.
