Written test was online with simple aptitude questions from R S Agarwal and English question form GRE 12th edition book. In my interview i was asked technical questions (basics from C/C++, some coding concepts of the same) and HR questions (why to join our company and about your further deveopment if residing in the company). Also there were some arbit questions like Newton's Laws, Faraday's Law and all.

A CGPA of 6.0 was there initially

Technical questions were mainly to check your coding ability. Questions were mainly from Data Structure, Searching slotting & Pointers, Unix & SQL.

HR questions:
Why would you prefer Amdocs over Infosys (had a previous job offer)?
Are you okey if we offer center as per our convenience?
Are you ok to work on weekends if required?
Question like your strengths & weaknesses, what your friends like/dislike about you etc.

Initial stress should be on clearing the written round as there are 6-8 papers & the process is very rigorous & very few are shortlisted.

For interview, prepare your technical very well because they might test you on the minutest of concept. For UNIX, first 6-7 chapters of yashwant kanitker is enough.

They were quite impressed with my CGPA & asked me if i was the topper of my class. Although they do focus on great technical skills, they need people with good problem solving ability. When asked about my greatest strength i answered that if i decide to do something, i leave no stone unturned to achieve it. They were quite impressed. Also, i managed to put on a bright smile throughout, however much he tried to test my patience.
