1)Technical-
They asked me what i had read during my graduation.I told them name of all subjects and then i was asked approx 2-3 questions from 5-6 subjects.like-

advantage of optical fiber over other modes
Optical fiber works on which principle?
it's property of what?
Disadvantage of Microwave transmission
difference between parabolic antenna and dipole antenna
write a mnemonics for an instruction
about standards for mobile communication
which is better GSM or CDMA, for making a long-distance call?
truth table for logic gates

2) HR round was just a formality(at least for me)

1) Students having >55% in 10th & 12th and >60% in B.Tech were shortlisted.No. of shortlisted students was 500+ .
2)Then there was written round(aptitude+technical),approx 350 cleared the written test.
3)After that there was technical interview,129 made it to next round.
4)Finally there was HR interview and total 64 was selected

Do a brush up of all your subjects which you studied during graduation.
Go though your CV carefully and be prepared to answer anything related to your CV
Attend the interview with full confidence and enthusiasm.If you don't know the answer of any question,accept it;don't try to bluff them

There wasn't anything about ranking among applicants.
