Pattern of Written Test

Firstly there was an aptitude test comprising questions on quntitative skills,reasoning, english and Technical questions were also there.

Technical Interview

Based on C/C++. Pointers were asked very much, Questions on Data Structures were asked. Basically from Stacks and queues and Linked List.

HR Interview

Normal HR question were there.

Suggestion

1.Be confident for what you are answering.
2.Don't try to mislead the interviewer because he has so much experience and it will be a negative point for you only.

Selection Process-
Firstly there was an aptitude test comprising questions on quntitative skills,reasoning, english and Technical questions were also there.
Than there was Technical interview followed by HR interview. Those who had cleared these interviews were selected for the next round which was basically HR round but was taken by company's Head HR.After that the final result was announced.

In all,256 were eligible for the recruitment from my college.27 cleared the aptitude test. 7 people were finally got selected. I was the only one from IT branch who got selected.
My academics and my confidence worked a lot.
