aptitue had 3 sections,verbal resoning,non verbal,and quantitative,i did not get time to solve whole quantitave section,so i marked all 15 options as 'b',no negative...
non verbal was the easiest and had most number of questions...30 i guess...

english was the easiest very basic questions on preposition,articles,and tenses,i completed 100 questions in 18 mins..

60% throughout 10th,12th and degree..with no pending backlogs...

my panel was a lenient one other one was asking rigorous questions,
asked me to submit xerox of my marksheets till date,which i forgot to bring,this gave a bad impression so pls bring them along with u.i assured i'll submit it in the hr round if i got selected.

he asked my areas of interest.i was confident in wireless comm.but then he asked me any other subject,i told analog electronics componenet...he asked components like ,i tld pn diode and traonsistor,he interuppted and asked me y i liked it,i replied....
the he asked me how pn junction diode works,i replied.....

he gave me a puzzle,where he asked me there is a 100 storey building,he has a box,then i have to findout the storey from which i'll thow the box,the box will break...it the fastest manner...
i replied 1st at 50,then 25 or 75 and so on,he looked impressed...body language is a thing to take care of....

y do you like mahindra as a group,i replied......
what were the short comings in the ppt given earlier,he was looking for a answer,don't say everything was fine....
he asked my native place,i'm from jamshedpur,so he asked me to speak in bhojpuri...
he took out the no objection letter and asked me to sign it...
out off 300+ students 27 got selected even i was one...

be very attentive in the PPT,ask atleast one question so that the HR recognises u in the hr interview this helps...be a good listener,let the other person finish then only say anything...eye contact throughout ,confident smile works...

their selection ratio is always nearly 1 out of 10....they look for confidence...cgpa does not matter whether it exactly 6 or 8 or 9..but 5.99 is not acceptable....
be fluent,be confident,that u'll crack the interview and u'll be selected...
