On the basis of C.G.P.A. I was shortlisted and then direct hr cum technical interview.

They mainly asked the questions from fly-ash,it's utilization and applications in civil engineering.They also asked
about type and properties of cements. But being a topper of class their intention was to test only from me that he is
going to do a job or not. Questions were also based on pavement materials,and how can you incorporate with
fly-ash. They finally asked from me what is the mechanism of pozzolonic action and how it reduces the stripping
value of aggregates.

They asked about myself, family and about my C.G.P.A.,nothing more then that.

Do hard Work,it's not always cake walk to get a job in any organization.you should be strong in Technical and
maintain a good C.G.P.A. of 8 and above.

It was very nice feeling to get a job in NTPC. Hr people were very friendly. Always keep your face smily.
