I had done my Industrial Training in IOCL Guwahati and Digboi....and most of their questions were based on my
training...First of all they asked me the difference between the two industries......and asked me questions like what
is cracking, is it endothermic or exothermic reaction, does it result in physical or chemical change in properties.....I
was also asked about my favourite subjects and they started posing questions on heat transfer like......Explain the
cross sectional view of the exchanger, how a single pass heat exchanger can be turned into a multi pass exchanger
keeping the number of tubes constant......about baffles.....and how are they mounted.......

Tell something about yourself.....

Be thorough with your training and projects....answer the questions with confidence......even if you do not know
any answer...do not get panic.....be cool and give your best.....and when you are asked for favourite subjects...tell
them two or three subjects so that you have a greater scope to answer......so do your best and all the best.....

It was a good experience ...... with questions being fired at you from all directions.....and I am happy that I could
answer them with great confidence
