Technical Interview

Two rounds of technical interview were held. All of them were nearly same except that interviewer changed ( only 1
interviewer).Be strong in puzzle solving. First round was concentrated on candidate’s puzzle solving skills. They
asked very common puzzles to everyone. In the second round I was asked to write down the code for two
problems.

HR Interview

If you are non-CSE guy then HR can play a very important role in your selection. One very common question was
“why you want to join Oracle?” . Other questions like justify that you are a team player, which other company
would you prefer over Oracle, how will you compete with CS students and etc.

Suggestion

It is possible that you may be asked java questions during the interview, if don’t know tell him at the very first
question. Solve puzzles, it will help you clearing the first round and in next rounds your programming skills will be
tested. Also prepare for HR.

No. of Candidate applied And Points that Worked in Favour

Interview process was very lengthy and tiring .They took till 11'O Clock night starting from morning nine, so it is
quite possible you may get exhausted even before your first interview is started, so be prepared. Oracle check
candidates for good analytical skills and programming. There is no emphasis or much importance on communication
skills
