The selection procedure begins directly with group discussion.It was around 10 mins.There were 10 students in my
group.GD topic was Terrorism in India.
After that they conducted photometry test.In that they will test how will you react to different situations.there were
around 200-250 questions.All the questions were very simple.No technical,no analytical & nothing on English vocab.
After that they called us for the interview. In that they asked me about my current project as well as my BE project.
Also they asked me about my work experience.they asked me basics of Refrigeration & Air conditioning .
In the final interview they asked HR related questions, like describe your self..,How your friends & family describes
you,
are you ready to relocate..,Are you flexible to work in any department or not, do you have any plan for going to
PHD?
final interview was simple one...

Improve your communication skills.
Read your BE project report in depth.

Its better if you go in with the topic as they will ask you your choice.Try to start the topic by making good
points.Try to co-ordinate the group.It shows your leadership qualities.
