i had a good gpa through outnfosys keeps an eligibility criteria of 60 percent through out in 10th , 12th and B.Tech ,open to all branch. About 350 to 400 people were eligible and sat for selection process,about 100 were selected for PI round after written and 81 were finally selected ,among the names called after selection, mine was fourth position.

nfosys was first sofware company in our college this year, it was my first experience therefore I thought interview might be difficult,but it was really not, once you qualify written round there is very less chance of getting rejected if you
almost have a working communication skill,the interview round was almost HR one
including one or two question regarding final yr project.

They asked me about extra curricular activities,my club of which I have been a member and my responsibilities towards it,some situations were proposed and I was asked how would I cope up with those,finally i was given a chance to ask them a question.

first and foremost thing what I felt there is no need to get nervous or lose heart even if you are not well prepared, just be confident and polite in your ways, they are just going to check your innovative mind and common sense rather than your tech papers, but be prepared with your project,it will give you an extra edge.ALL D BEST

As far as I feel it was my self confidence that worked for me,my gpa is an avg one, i couldnt remember even the name of my 7th sem project properly(as it was very lengthy and i had nt worked even little on it), but i answered all questions regarding planning and implementatation of project without getting deep into it just with a little innovation and common sense.when i was given a chance I asked them two question instead of one,HR allowed me to ask another question when i had already asked one just because of my curiosity,they were very friendly.
