Pattern of Written Test

Aptitude Test : 30 Minutes

Details of types of questions asked in each of the sections:
IPAT question paper with three sections. each section has its own time constraint. section 1 with no negative
marking. section 2&3 have -ve marking(1/4).
section 1: purely number series. most of the questions follow the similar pattern.
section 2: data matrices. 5*5 matrices are given with some data. questions asked by modifying some fields in some
way. these are not at all tough. but time consuming.
section 3: simple quantitative questions.

Pattern of Group Discussion

Name of the Topic / Task : should the politicians be educated?
Time Given : 30 Minutes
Details of the process and your contribution:
each group in GD has 13 members. first they asked each person to give their view/opinion about the topic. then
discussion is started. important thing that need to be considered here is raising worthy points as well as giving nice
conclusion. while giving conclusion, dont convey your point of view again. conclusion is the summary of all the
points raised by all the members during the discussion. they impressed with my conclusion.

Technical Interview

mostly concentrated on java. sql,jdbc are also covered. few questions about btech project are also asked. in all the
panels, there is some focus on HR questions also.

HR Interview

HR has tested confidence, listening skills also. questions about hobbies, why should i hire u etc are fired. why btech
%age is so low(i secured 62.5% in my btech)?

Suggestion

unless u feel them whole-heartedly, dont give standard answers to HR questions. entire selection process is so
cool. dont be depressed even if u dont get in to some company at the starting itself. some other better opportunity
will be waiting for u. have positive-attitude. ALL THE BEST.

dont waste your time. though u have some educational gap, make it a plus point by gaining extra skills. have the
attitude of dedicating yourself to your organization. feel the responsibility.
