first thing i would like to say be honest in the interview n try to convince your HR that whatever you are saying is true.Don't use your hand while explaining something.your answer should be very straight according to the question.n try not to give any chance to HR to arise question from your previous answer. ..

shortlisted on the basis of GPA.followed by personal interview (both HR & technical).
9 were shortlisted. only 3 got selected. i was the last one...
increasing trend of my gpa in higher semesters and luck.
