It was group talk rather than group discussion.Topic of group talk was "Role of coal in the development of the country and challenges as well remedies".

Students having GPA 6.0 and above were eligible.

It was quite comfortable and the questions were
1.What is the role of coke in blast furnace?
2.What flaws did you noticed in the coal washeries of CIL?
3. What kind of gravity separators are being used in coal preparation?
4. How many types of hydro cyclones are there?
5. What is the difference between heavy media cyclone and water only cyclone?

Most interesting and you may say critical question.............
6. What is the reason of the deviation in behavior of hydro cyclone used in industry and one what we study theoretically?

It was quite simple.......questions were
1. Where do you belong from?
2. How many sisters and brothers you have?

Just chill. Be confident that you and only you are going to be selected if they are going to select even a single person.

From my branch 11 selected out of 13. They could have selected more if no. of students applying would be more.
