Consisted of basic HR questions and the focus was on communication skills and prsence of mind.

More or less Gpa was not focused upon in the inital rounds but may be in the overall selection process.

The focus was on Basic Engineering skills . They were not looking for big intern or projects but people who could innovate and think creative.

The questions were basically behavioural and straight forward and they expected true and informal answers not bookish write up lines..

Around 150 guys applied and 3 got selected. Well I was able to show some basic engg qualities in my projects but mostly it was for my presence of mind in the HR rounds and confidence that led to my selection.
