basically it was a technical interview.
they mainly asked me from d topics Structural Analysis, Concrete Design, my Training and Final year Project. As i was well prepared i did well and now i am happy to be a part of LnT.

to all the readers i would suggest that to appear in any core company, do prepare 4 ur basics and have confidence in urself that you can make through it...for the civilianz i think the knowledge of MOS, Structure analysis, Soil mech, foundation engg. and Concrete design iz must...along with project and training.....

From my college around 25 people applied for it but only 5 were able to make through it. For all those who want to be a part of any organisation i think they need a blend of all the qualities like marks, basic stuffs, confidence communication, skills and extra curricular activities.
