Short listing was done on d basis of C.G.P.A. All above 7.5 cgpa were called for d interview

The questions were mostly related to economics & accountancy. initialy they asked me about my project work and training .they asked me basic questions like law of demand , law of marginal utility, law of diminishing marginal utility, etc . from accountancy they asked me all steps of accounting with proper explanation and asked to correct the balance sheet.

It was a typical hr interview. they asked bout myself , why finance (i frankly replied that i never had interest in biotech i prefered brand name of d college), hobbies (travelling, dancing, playing sports), can u work for long hours,family background( i told that both my brother is doin MBA, they askd r u interested in doin MBA, i just answered now i m nt interested as i m gettin a gud start up in finance bt depending on my growth in ur company in 2 yrs i wud decide whether to do mba or nt) etc

I would suggest u all to be thorough with basics of eco and accountancy. they just look for ppl who show their interest towards finance. be confident with all your answers. drag ur interview towards wat u r gud with and show that ur r really interested to work with them.

Most of the questions were related to Economics and Accountancy. out of 108 people 19 were short listed for second round interview. Finally 12 were selected.

it was a nice experience . the interviewer asked me all topics related to finance. i was not very gud with my communication skill bt i managed to explain whatever asked.
