There wasn't any aptitude test or technical test. students were directly selected on the basis of their CGPA (7.5) and shortlisted students had to go through two interview processes.
PI was more based on HR , interviewer wants to know how well one can deal with people and confidently represents oneself.
There were two round interviews both based on HR , during first round they asked normal like tell me about yourself,family, place where you belong ,focusing on achievement part from resume ,various projects done during internships or trainings and normal kind of interaction.
for second round they asked about why u want to shift from core to financial company and about relocation etc, my interest in financial company ,role of an analyst and something about company or job profile, my plans for the future etc.
I showed genuine interest in the job they were offering and also tried to speak fluently,Then I was asked if I had any questions or if i wanted to say something.
Be confident, develop your personality and communication skills. Prepare the answers to the HR questions beforehand and don't be nervous relax and calmly answer all their questions. If you're given a chance, ask questions to the interviewer, it shows your involvement in the company. If you are really interested in starting a career in finance or as an investment banker,then this is the right choice.

It was a good experience. Though giving my first interview, i wasn't much nervous and Being myself, honest and confident helped me face the interview with ease and get through it.
