Aptitude Test : 60 Minutes
Aptitude test consists of 2 sections one is multiple choice n other is coding .Multiple choice questions consists of aptitude(Really good n bit tough) ,c/c++,os,networks,compilers.coding section was given another one hour time n the questions are not o easy 2 questions are general n 2 question are related to files.

I answered 3 coding questions and except 5 to 6 aptitude questions i answerd all aptitude qustions.

He started with architecture of linux . He asked mostly on OS(IPC,thread implementation, inter thread communication)
n then he is mostly interested in coding part ,he asked me to write kernel implemantation of malloc n free , in c++ about constructors ,c register variables ,extern vaiables, volatile variables, about inline fuctions diff b/w inline ,macro,fuctions n then he went on to ds ,asked me to write code for reversing a Doubly linked list(working code) thats it.It was 1 hr interview just one technical round.

nothng much usual stuff,i asked him about the work ,n he asked me if cisco offers u a job will u go .n nothing much .

concentrate on subject (c/c++,ds,os,netwokrs) not on CGPA . tell what u feel like when u r in interviiew ,just express urself .

Its a gud experience ,they are luking for ppl who knows coding n CGPA doesnt really matter .
