They were looking for smarter guys with ability to solve think and solve analytical problems along with good communication skills. More of a HR round.
Questions about each and every point from CV were asked and why Mu sigma(because I had 3 more offers) at that time.
You must be convincing enough to explain the reason for shifting to a business profile.
Don't lie if you want to do a MBA, because these guys don't mind if you want to pursue for higher studies. Be prepared for one of the intellectual and one of the most friendly interviews, because they are very COOL!!
If possible go through the company website although their ppt had enough information

If you are smart, confident, and have descent extracurricular activities then you should be through.

100 plus applied, 37 selected for Group discussion round, 16 were selected for PI, and finally 7 was selected. Yes I was one of them. :)
